At Misfit Apparel, we stand behind the quality and comfort of every piece we create. We want you to love what you wear - but if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition. 
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

• Free return shipping is available within Canada for eligible orders.
• If you're outside Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• please allow 5-10 business days for processing once your return is approved.
